    Description

    Role: L1 Service Desk Support Technician

    Location: Denver, CO

    Schedule Type: 5-Days on site in office th St Mall Ste 350, Denver, CO 80202)

    Skills : MAC Support is must

    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled L1 Tech Support professional to join our internal user support team. As an L1 Tech Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and resolve complex technical issues for our internal users. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems and maximizing employee productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Internal User Support: Provide L1 technical support to internal users via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system) in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
    2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and system configurations for internal users.
    3. Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution, while keeping users informed about the progress.
    4. Documentation and Knowledge Base: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles to assist internal users and facilitate self-service support.
    5. Customer Service: Ensure a positive user experience by actively listening, understanding user needs, and providing clear and effective technical solutions.

    NOTE: Only apply if you have MAC Support experience/ troubleshot MAC Devices, has set up / reimaged laptops.
