    Position:
    Home Care Client Services Associate

    Welcome to the exciting opportunity to join St. Andrew's Senior Solutions team as a Client Services Associate. In this role, you will be an essential part of our business, providing support across various services we offer to individuals in the comfort of their homes. St. Andrew's Senior Solutions is a reputable name in the Health Care Industry with a rich history spanning over 60 years.

    • Supporting all areas of the business and services spectrum
    • Handling inbound and outbound calls for clients and employees
    • Assisting with data entry for payroll and client billing
    • Maintaining employee and client file compliance
    • Providing marketing support and managing social media updates
    • Assisting with recruitment and office supply management
    • Occasional hands-on care if necessary

    The ideal candidate for this role is outgoing, energetic, and a great team player, with a strong focus on customer service. You should have a compassionate attitude towards seniors and their caregivers, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
