Responsibilities:

  • Main tasks include independently managing owner communities and leading the property group team
  • Overseeing property maintenance, managing and coordinating construction projects, repairs, and hiring landscaping and snow removal companies, and enforcing occupancy rules
  • Handling insurance claims
  • Preparing and conducting owner meetings using current resolution collections
  • Implementing decisions made in owner meetings
  • Creating financial plans

Qualifications:

  • Completed education and extensive experience in active management and customer service
  • Proactive
  • Business education with a clear focus on real estate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Responsible, independent, and teamoriented work style, as well as structured and resultsoriented approach
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable using common office software on a computer
  • Willingness to learn and affinity for digital applications in office operations
