Position Title:

HIV Prevention Program Coordinator**
Location: On-Site/In-Person**
Reports To: Executive Director**We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an HIV Prevention Program Coordinator.

In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director to lead and manage a wide range of HIV prevention initiatives, including program coordination, reporting, and event organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to plan and execute HIV prevention programs and activities.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to program staff.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing City and State Contracts.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for funding agencies.
  • Foster effective collaboration with the Finance Department to ensure financial integrity.
  • Ensure the consistent implementation of organizational policies and practices.
  • Cultivate positive relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, maintaining organized agendas.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven track record in program coordination or a related role.
  • Familiarity with program management and development procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including immigrants and LGBTQ communities.
  • Exceptional timemanagement and organizational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and high efficiency.
  • Social media experience is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
  • Master of Public Health (MPH) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
