How you can contribute:

Independent advice and support for managers in all personnel and labor law matters
Support throughout the employee life cycle (onboarding/offboarding, personnel development and retention, and change processes)
Recruiting of specialists and managers in close coordination with the relevant departments
Further development and optimization of processes in the HR area
Expansion of the personnel development offering as well as conception and support of personnel development measures
Support and active promotion of HR projects
Preparation of regular reports
Trusting cooperation with the works council
