Your future responsibilities:

Coordination of organizational and administrative requirements in line with the company's strategy
Support for extensive personnel expansion in the region
Personnel recruiting
Internal contact for HRrelated topics such as employee training
Support and implementation of HR special projects

Your profile:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and priorities
