    Description

    VP OF FINANCE


    Now recruiting on behalf of $8-10B+ industry leading distribution company in the Southeast US for a proven VP of Finance.

    This opportunity offers company and industry stability, a high growth business model, significant exposure to executive management, and the opportunity to drive change and build and refine a best-in-class Finance function.


    The VP of Finance will be responsible for FP&A and Operations Finance teams across multiple regions and will drive improved financial systems, reporting, and automation; position the organization for significant, scalable growth; lead the planning, budgeting, forecasting function; develop a pipeline for top Finance talent; ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting and analytics for executive management; and support ongoing strategic finance initiatives.

    The right candidate for this VP of Finance role will have:

    MBA - top tier graduate program
    CPA or CFA certification
    12-14+ years of progressive experience, including 9+ years of leadership experience
    Focused experience working in industry leading distribution, CPG, or similar companies.
    Experience serving in Senior Director or VP level Finance/FP&A leadership role at the Corporate level within a $5-10 billion+ sized organization
    Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills
    Proven track record of managing and driving change in highly matrixed organization

    the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

    The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
