    What you will be doing:

    • Help to maintain and improve the day-to-day operation of the production floor, using your expertise to troubleshoot manufacturing problems
    • Work with the Miller PerformArc Robotic Welding System and the CNC equipment they use
    • Utilize SolidWorks to design fixtures and revise products
    • Work systematically through a list of projects that will improve the operation, making sure to fully complete and implement your work
    • Be a "hands-on" partner to other areas of the company, especially the production floor
    • Strive to cut waste using Lean Manufacturing practices

    What they are looking for:
    Associate degree, or better, in Manufacturing Engineering or a closely related field

    At least 2 years of demonstrated success and growth as a Manufacturing Engineer in a metal fabrication environment (4+ years if you have an associate degree)

    They use PerformArc Robotic Welding equipment by Miller, CNC machines for sawing, punching and tube bending and the right candidate will have experience with these or similar processes

    You must know SolidWorks to create fixtures and modify designs to increase manufacturability of products

    A demonstrated self-starter who will take the initiative and learn what needs to be learned to accomplish a project
