    Client Industry: Transportation

    Contract Type: W2 Only (No C2C at this time)

    Payrate: $25 per hour

    Location: Oklahoma City

    We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate software quality by conducting both manual and automated testing, as well as identifying and reporting issues/bugs. Responsibilities include test execution, result analysis, and collaboration with developers to provide a tester/end user perspective.

    As part of the IT Team, each member should be flexible in their duties, which may go beyond project-related tasks and encompass operational responsibilities within their area of expertise.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze system specifications for testing
    • Perform manual and automated testing, report bugs, and analyze results
    • Communicate technical issues to the development team
    • Assist in troubleshooting efforts
    • Conduct post-release testing
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks supporting current business needs
    • Document business application testing and issues
    • Identify process improvement opportunities
    • Analyze data and performance indicators to identify coding issues

    Job Requirements/Skills:

    • Strong communication skills for small to mid-size group settings
    • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
    • Clear and concise presentation of information
    • Adaptability to changing requirements
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
    • Knowledge of reporting platforms, data tools, and programming tools
    • Experience in MS SQL Server, TFS, and MS Visual Studio
    • Knowledge of automated testing tools (preferred)
    • Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus)

    Education: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

    Working Relationships: Foster relationships across divisions to address client issues.

    • Effective communication with IT team, cross-functional teams, OTA Management, and third parties

    Other Requirements: Successful completion of a background check
