Your tasks:


  • You will take on the role of warehouse manager and coordinate shift planning and task distribution for our drivers
  • You will prepare the shifts for your team and take care of battery, key, and vehicle management
  • You will be the first point of contact for our drivers and the emergency contact for our customers
  • You will monitor the performance of your city, report to the site management, and support them in recruiting your team

Your qualifications:


  • You have gained initial professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a similar field
  • You are confident, a true team player, and ideally have already led a small team
  • You are highly organized and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • You have a basic understanding of shift planning and Excel
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
