We are currently seeking a full-time
1st Level Support Employee (m/f/d) for our client, a mid-sized IT service provider located in the heart of Düsseldorf, with the goal of permanent employment.

Your future responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for IT issues for our corporate clients and handle them through our ticketing system.
Using remote access on Windows, you will be able to solve minor problems on the hardware yourself.
