As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a
HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (m/f/d) for payroll and compensation for our renowned client in
Hamburg.

Your expertise is needed in the following areas:

Responsibility for payroll and salary processing for selected payroll areas
Processing of salary and pension payments
Management of personnel files
Support in the management of our time tracking system and personnel information system
Handling of fundamental questions, such as social benefits and retirement provisions
Collection and preparation of data for external official statistics

What we are looking for:

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as a bank clerk, industrial clerk, (social) insurance clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
Relevant professional experience in payroll and salary processing, including company pension schemes
Knowledge of social security and income tax law, and ideally basic knowledge of labor law
Proficient in common computer applications such as MS Excel and ideally Lessor/NAPA
Understanding of the function and interaction of IT systems
Systematic, independent, and organized work style
Confident and professional demeanor, and enjoyment of working in a small, dedicated team
