Your Job:

You are responsible for handling disruptions and user inquiries via telephone, email, and ticket system.

As a "fox," you always search for solutions and know how to pass tricky requests on to the second-level support.

Because you like things to be precise, you enter all necessary data and documents into the modern ticket system. To prevent the same error from happening again, you store your successes in the database to help other colleagues.


Your Profile:


  • Completed education, ideally in IT, but not a must
  • Good commercial and SLA knowledge
  • Mandatory experience in support
  • Solution and customeroriented mindset
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
