- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

- Champion the integration of AI and machine learning tools into the FP&A process to enhance forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and decision making efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support key business initiatives, investment decisions, and resource allocations.
- Drive the development of financial models to evaluate business opportunities, assess risks, and forecast future performance.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analysis to senior management and the board of directors.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Act as the primary financial advisor for at least one of our key portfolio companies, working directly with its business leaders to tailor financial strategies that support their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate cross-company initiatives, ensuring that financial decisions and practices not only benefit the individual portfolio company but also contribute to the momentum and success of the collective.
- Identify synergies and efficiencies across the portfolio to enhance overall financial performance and strategic positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build and manage complex financial models and perform in-depth financial analysis.
- Extensive experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
