Are you someone who enjoys taking on responsibility and thrives on challenges? We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician (all genders) to join our team.

We are looking for a Network Technician, Installation Technician, Customer Service Technician, Electronics Technician, IT Technician, or someone with comparable experience to join us immediately.

As a Field Service Technician, your mission will be to install network infrastructure at our customers' sites.

You will be the hero on site, using your technical skills and experience in system installation and maintenance to solve problems directly at the customer's premises.

Your responsibilities will include on-site installation and configuration of network and AV devices.

This role offers a wide range of tasks, including installing and configuring network infrastructure such as access points, switches, and routers, as well as TV and digital signage devices.

In addition to technical tasks, you will also have the opportunity to carry out guided work as part of fault analyses and actively communicate with customers and colleagues.

You will also create deployment reports to provide a clear overview of work carried out and hardware installed.
