    About the Job

    We are looking for a Research Assistant/Associate (RA) to join our Early Drug Development Department. As an RA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation and evaluation of innovative radiopharmaceuticals for potential clinical use. Your responsibilities will include conducting various preclinical experiments, maintaining laboratory standards, and advancing your skills to perform advanced assays independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct basic research tasks, experiment, and document data.
    • Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold data integrity throughout all stages of development.
    • Assist in lab organization and upkeep.
    • Ensure quality control in experiment procedures.
    • Prioritize safety in all aspects of radiopharmaceutical development.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a research lab setting.
    • Experience in handling rodents and conducting in vivo experiments.
    • Proficiency in biochemical or molecular biology techniques.
    • Familiarity with cell culture and willingness to work with radioisotopes.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with external resources.
    • Adept in data collection and presentation for various stakeholders.
    • High level of professionalism in conducting preclinical experiments in cancer therapy.
    • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to focus on complex tasks.
    • Independent worker with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

    Work Environment

    • Willingness to work in a facility handling radioactive materials.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
    • Ability to perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
    • Adherence to safety protocols and wearing necessary protective equipment.
