About Us:
We are a financial wellness and empowerment program for women living on low-incomes. Our program combines money management workshops with one-to-one volunteer coaching. We are a rapidly growing organization, serving primarily Massachusetts.
Our small and mighty team is currently working remotely, and seeking a team member within reasonable commuting distance of Greater Boston.
Must have reliable transportation.About You:
You have 3-5 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector
You are well organized, a self-starter, and a strong public speaker
You are able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings
You have experience working remotely
You can work independently, remotely, and as a virtual team collaborator
You have some experience with zoom, salesforce and g-suite
You are passionate about the mission of financially empowering low-income women and advocating for them
You speak Spanish (preferred, but not required)
About the Opportunity:
The Program Manager is an essential member of the program team as our organization continues to grow.
Our transition to a virtual platform has provided the opportunity for us to better meet the increasing demand for financial health programs for women.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about our mission, and is energized about our growth and expansion, as we aim to reach more women and achieve greater impact with our unique model for transformative behavioral changes.
Core responsibilities include:
Identify, vet, and work with prospective program partners
Contribute to the organizational goals of number of women reached by securing and nurturing partnerships as detailed in quarterly goals
Implement and oversee the Women's Money Matters financial education program
Work closely with the Senior Volunteer Manager to ensure programs are staffed with a sufficient number of volunteer coaches, and presenters
Assist with curriculum development and updating as needed
Train, support, and manage program leaders and program technical support.
Engage in community outreach activities, including networking and public speaking events
Schedule focus groups; create and provide recruitment materials for use by partnering agencies
Create detailed partner "fact sheets" and tailor introduction slide decks for new program partners
Ensure efficient program data collection and provide program partners with statistical outcomes
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute towards KPI tracking
Work with the Communications Manager on an as needed basis to promote programs, share impact stories, and support follow-up participant data collection.
Compensation:
$48,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience. In lieu of group health insurance we offer a monthly health care stipend. Other benefits include a flexible and remote work schedule, paid time off, including all Federal holidays, and a 401(k) employee match.
