Description

DiFilippo is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our team. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in the industry.

The role involves managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these responsibilities.

As you become proficient in our processes, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and results
Train and mentor new team members on established systems
Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
Focused daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines

Effective supervisory and leadership qualities
Able to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed
Thrives in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Passionate about assisting people and building relationships
Experience in sales or customer service

Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clear background check and own transportation
Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression
