Your tasks:

You represent our company and build your sales and technical expertise as part of our trainee program.
In the vocational distance learning program "Sales Manager" paid for by us through the distance learning institute ILS, you will learn hands-on what determines success in sales. It combines theoretical education with practical training in the field.
Your responsibilities include acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones. You support our area managers and technical consultants with administrative tasks as well as analyzing and optimizing sales processes. In addition, you will be systematically and individually prepared for a field sales position as a technical consultant (m/f/d).
A mix of on-the-job training, mentoring by experienced colleagues, taking on customer projects independently, and comprehensive onboarding in the company complete your tasks.
