    MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
    • Part Time at Twenty Four Seven Hotels Corporation in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Our SpringHill Suites Boise West/Eagle location is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent working Maintenance Tech to maintain our newly renovated property to surpass brand standards and Owner expectations.
    As part of the property team you will help us 'craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns' This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company

    Position Responsibilities:
    Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, office and public areasperfrom minor maintenance, cleaning and repairs on appliancesKeep managers and other departments informed about maintenance issuesKeep grounds, landscaping, and parking lot free of trash and safety hazardsKeep sidewalks clear of snow and iceReplace filters and belts on HVAC equipmentEnsure pool is clean, safe and chemically balancesPerform basic troubleshooting on door locks, TVs and HVAC equipmentRepair carpeting and remove stainsOther duties may include minor electrical, plumbing, sprinkler repair, drywall repaid and paintingPerform other duties as assignedRequiements, Education and Experience:Available to work a flexible schedule which included one day on weekendsRequired to dress in accordnace with company standards2 years commercial property maintenance experiencePrevious light carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience preferredBasic computer knowledge to complete online checklists, work orders and assigned trainingHotel/Multi-family unit housing maintenance experience highly preferredCertified Pool Operation(CPO) certification is a plus
