Responsibilities


You are the face of A&L to applicants and new employees and act as the internal liaison between dispatch and order processing.

Your tasks are very diverse and close to people:

In the morning, you drive our new employees to their workplace

You are the first point of contact for customers and employees

You take care of the contract documents and ensure that all deadlines are met

You conduct job interviews and post job advertisements


Qualifications

  • Logistics or commercial background
  • First experience in temporary staffing
  • Recruitment experience
  • Customer acquisition
  • Enjoy working with people (this is very important to us)
  • Structured way of working
  • Very good German skills
  • Driver's license
