We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) for a renowned company in Tylersville, PA.

Tasks, Competencies, and Responsibilities

Active consultation and sales of Sortimo system solutions and accessories
Active sales according to current sales strategy (direct, telephone, and online sales)
Active consultation, needs analysis, and sales to customers in the branch as well as through telephone sales
Supportive cold calling with the goal of:
Setting up/preparing mySortimo accounts
Scheduling appointments for field sales
Identifying customer needs to create an offer
Actively following up and conducting mySortimo account setups
Support/assistance with customer account setups, sales support, and back office tasks
Point of contact for Sortimo partners, customers, and prospects
Researching customer contacts, including order processing (creating and following up on quotes) and managing customer data in C4C
Scheduling sales appointments over the phone
Supporting aftersales activities
Supporting sales processes and reporting
