Schlamp Property Management OHG in Heilbronn has been demonstrating extensive knowledge and foresight in the areas of rental and property management since 1971.
We are currently seeking a part-time
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for our rental management department with flexible working hours of either 4 x 5 hours or 5 x 4 hours per week.
Ideally, the candidate should have knowledge of bookkeeping and experience in the real estate industry, as well as proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
Responsibilities include:
- Communication with owners, tenants, and service providers
- General administrative tasks
- Preparation of utility cost statements
- Preparation of rental agreements
- Review and processing of payments, checking tenant accounts
- Debt collection
Our requirements are:
- Knowledge of bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Communication with owners, tenants, and service providers
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Teamwork skills
