- Facilitate traditional month end close activities we complete them in a few days on either side of the EOM, so you have time to work on and get involved in other things.
- Assist with annual planning, forecasting and year-end processes, including working with external auditors.
- Lead and/or support projects around the development, documentation, and monitoring of our work.
- Look to continuously improve financial processes, workflows and forms.
- Ensure were meeting compliance requirements including management and reporting with adherence to GAAP accounting standards.
- Lead and/or support special project and adhoc tasks as opportunities present themselves.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 3-5 years of practical accounting experience with strong working knowledge of GAAP.
- Detail oriented, with strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with external and internal partners in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
- Salary: $80000 / year based on experience / qualifications
