RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Utilize strong technical skills to support cyber defense and incident response assignments.
  • Assist the Case Manager in effectively managing assignments from start to finish, including project structuring, resource management, presenting findings, and providing valuable advice to clients.
  • Monitor the quality of your own work and that of the assignment team, ensuring that value is delivered to the client.
  • Regularly communicate with senior team members, bringing any case issues or findings to their attention for resolution and decision making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, upholding Kroll's high standards of service and integrity.
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, ensuring that Kroll's high standards are met at all times.
  • Consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators, including utilization rates, business generation, and personal objectives.
  • Identify personal learning needs and opportunities, continuously striving to improve performance.
