Your responsibilities include:

Providing competent, comprehensive, and personalized advice to customers on internet, landline, and mobile products
Resolving complaints and providing solutions
Conducting sales conversations for various products and services and assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs
Processing customer orders and maintaining data
Participating in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns

What we are looking for:

You have completed a vocational training as a Retail Salesperson (m/f) or have a comparable qualification
You have previous experience in sales
You enjoy direct customer contact and are willing to work according to the standard opening hours and customer traffic
Goaloriented and committed to your work
