Your challenge:

Structuring the fixed asset inventory of the power grid operation in accordance with commercial principles
Preparation of activation of new investments, ongoing maintenance of inventory, initiation of change documentation for transfers or disposals of fixed assets
Technical support for fixed asset inventories
Recording and compiling technical information for contracts to be concluded within the scope of network usage, preparation of contract attachments
Fulfillment of tasks as quality assurance officer, support of the department head in enforcing tasks in the areas of quality/safety/environmental protection (QSU)
Support of the department head in the preparation and implementation of internal and external QSU audits
Creation and review of QSUrelevant documents, such as process instructions, work instructions, machine and operating instructions; creation of corresponding notices and signs
Monitoring of areaspecific quality indicators as well as compliance with recurring control cycles and deadlines

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Basic knowledge of fixed asset accounting
Knowledge and experience in implementing quality/safety/environmental protection and comparable management systems
Basic knowledge of the structure of power supply networks and the construction of electrical energy distribution systems
Qualification as an electrically instructed person (euP) or qualified electrician or willingness to obtain
Knowledge of standard IT applications, especially MS Office
Independent and structured way of working; very good communication and teamwork skills as well as a high level of commitment
Fluent German language skills in spoken and written
