Caretaker (m/f/d)
to start on October 1, 2023, in full-time (39 hours/week) for our Schillerschule, Festhalle, and indoor swimming pool.


Your responsibilities

  • Inspecting communityowned buildings and technical facilities for potential hazards and ensuring efficient operation
  • Supervising events, including weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Independently addressing minor issues with buildings and facilities
  • Operating and adjusting technical equipment, such as lighting and sound systems, heating, ventilation, etc.
  • Monitoring swimming pool technology
  • Conducting water tests and ensuring compliance with health regulations in the indoor swimming pool
  • Assisting with cleaning services
  • Supervising and maintaining outdoor facilities
  • Performing substitute duties in other areas
  • Assisting with winter maintenance
Other/additional tasks (e.g. caretaking in any community-owned properties) may be assigned.
