VÉGANE SKINFOOD, and DR. SCHELLER, we serve various segments in the cosmetics market and are represented in over 70 countries worldwide.


To strengthen our team in logistics, we are currently seeking a full-time
Back Office Commissioning Employee (m/f/d) at our Alamo Lake, AZ location.


Your responsibilities:


  • Daily planning and monitoring of commissioning, including personnel deployment
  • Comprehensive data maintenance in SAP
  • Analysis of inventory errors and implementation of corresponding corrections and measures
  • Analysis of customer complaints and initiation of appropriate measures
  • Supply of commissioning work area with operating materials
  • Further development and optimization of commissioning and warehouse standards
  • All associated administrative tasks
  • Organization of special shipments
  • Commissioning of customer orders using scanner technology
  • Representation and support of the commissioning team leader

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of warehousing/logistics
  • Ideally good PC skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Careful, conscientious, and independent way of working
  • Organizational talent and initiative
  • Reliability and teamwork
