Job Summary

Location:

Hybrid (Prefer Pacific time zone, but not mandatory, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Irvine (CEO location), Seattle, and many other locations, including Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, New York and more).



Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with CEO** on overarching business objectives, strategy and operations, to adapt and define for market intricacies and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with CEO to form significant channel opportunities with key associations, organizations, and corporate partners.

Analytical Acumen: With a strong focus on metrics and KPIs, you'll refine our marketing strategies on all platforms and continually auditing and optimizing our product pages to enhance conversions and online presence, to ensure optimal performance and ROI.

Content Marketing: Spearhead our content marketing efforts, setting standards for excellence and engagement with website copy, PR pitches, and editorial content.

Consistent Engagement: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral materials, digital marketing tactics, advertising, public relations, and events to elevate the profile of fpSOLUTIONS.

Managing Excellence: Lead, mentor, and provide coaching to a marketing team while managing external vendors and technology partners, including those handling web development and Salesforce integration.

  • Manage a team of marketing professionals (graphics designer and marketing coordinator) as well as independent contractors (website developer).

Vendor Relations: Oversee a variety of marketing vendors who handle ad buys, web development, design, and integration, Salesforce integration, among other technology partners.

Come Shine with us: Represent the firm at the highest level to clients, peer organizations, and business associates.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing and business development within a professional services firm. Legal industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to go from "insights to action" work with data to build, execute, measure, and optimize impactful plans.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing and event planning.
  • Exceptional project management, interpersonal and team building skills are required.
  • High emotional intelligence strong relationship management skills and executive presence.
  • Familiar with reviewing professional service contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficient with MailChimp, Salesforce, Cision, Big Commerce and other marketing technologies. Also familiar with Adobe suite of software services (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

  • The salary range for this position is $165,000 $215,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other jobrelated factors permitted by law_.
