THE OPPORTUNITY


Fisher Phillips, an international employment and labor law firm, is hiring for a dynamic Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our esteemed Attorney Recruiting team.

We are dedicated to expanding our pool of exceptional talent, this role will work diligently to support the strategic growth plan for our California offices.


As an integral member of the Attorney Recruiting Team, the Lateral Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes for all lateral associate, of counsel, and other non-partner hiring efforts in the assigned California offices.

Additionally, this role may actively contribute to summer and first-year recruiting initiatives as appropriate. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and may be based in any one of our California offices.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regularly engage with regional managing partners to fulfill staffing requirements and provide timely updates on the recruitment pipeline.
  • Create and maintain regular reports and statistical data on hiring activity.
  • Process expense reimbursement requests as needed.
  • Participate in the firm's strategic recruiting diversity initiatives.
  • Work on special projects to further innovate the recruiting process as necessary.
  • Participate in oncampus recruiting and summer clerk program as needed in tandem with the Attorney Recruiting team.
  • Provide support to other offices, team members and special recruiting initiatives as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education & Experience:
Bachelors' degree is required for this role. Five or more years of law firm recruiting experience and/or attorney search firm experience is preferred.


Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing is preferred. Familiarity with iManage and viGlobal is a plus. Must enjoy utilizing and leveraging new technologies to increase efficiencies.

Displays well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm, as well as the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus work, relationship-building, and mutual support.

Embraces challenges with a positive attitude, ready to have fun while learning. Capable of working independently.

Possess the ability to perceive and analyze complex problems, and a capacity to make or recommend sound decisions, as well as advanced organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.

Demonstrates excellent leadership skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) and advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.


Administrative Skills:
Exhibits outstanding organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritization and handling multiple projects under deadlines. Possesses meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrates a desire for professional growth under mentorship.

  • The salary range for this position is $78,000 $90,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other jobrelated factors permitted by law._
