    THIS IS A PARTIALLY REMOTE WORK FROM HOME JOB (75%).
    Our team is looking for a new head of department scheduler. This position involves leadership and management skills.

    You must be comfortable with working with others, and delegating tasks to your team, as a manager, you are relied on by others, so this is not a passive position.

    If you are looking for a flexible leadership role, this is the perfect position.


    Responsibilities :
    notifying clients and caregivers in a

    timely manner

    of any schedule changes,
    called out shifts,
    open shifts,
    early dismissal from shifts,
    attending weekly new hire orientations on the designated day,
    communicating with the other department Managers,
    attending weekly virtual group calls and anything pertaining to the schedule
    Assisting caregivers and clients on using the scheduling software, and how to clock-in and clock-out while on shift.
    Keeping the scheduling software update to date to ensure the accuracy of the payroll.


    Managing the scheduling department by organizing, creating and managing the care schedules of clients and caregivers for an elderly in-home care agency.

    Our jurisdiction for services ranges from the island of Oahu to the island of Hawaii (Big Island), so you will be working with team members based on the Big Island as well.

    The scheduler will also be responsible for the following: notifying clients and caregivers in a

    timely manner
