Your task:

  • Systematic planning and design of new work systems and process flows using Lean principles
  • Conducting analyses of existing processes, deriving optimization measures, and implementing developed concepts to increase efficiency within the framework of Lean management
  • Creation of work and time studies at both tact and nontact workstations using scientific methods
  • Active participation in the selection and implementation of suitable manufacturing processes to achieve strategic company goals
  • Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams during the product development process until series maturity

Your profile:

  • Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program. Alternatively, completed technical training with an additional recognized twoyear specialized training (e.g. further training as a statecertified technician).
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Training as an MTM practitioner and/or REFA technician desirable
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Team player with assertiveness and a selfsufficient, efficient, and structured way of working
