We are currently seeking a dedicated intern with strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality to join our Accounting team in Lawton, ND.

Responsibilities:

Assist the accounting team with various tasks and gain insights into different areas of accounting.
Utilize our automation system to handle incoming invoices, conduct accounting reviews, and process payments.
Help maintain and update accounts receivable by issuing and controlling outgoing B2C and B2B invoices, processing refunds, and performing dunning.
Support daytoday accounting tasks using DATEV.
Manage accounts payable, act as the first point of contact for the team, conduct reconciliations, and prepare weekly payment runs.
Assist with the preparation of monthly closings.
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures.
