The day care center offers seniors who still live independently at home the opportunity to be cared for and supported during the day.

It promotes the social integration of the day guests and focuses primarily on engaging and promoting their mental and physical resources, in order to enable them to continue living in their own home.

Caregiver / Companion (m/f/d)

Employment: 50-75%, temporary as a replacement for sick leave

Your responsibilities

  • Caring for and observing the people in the facility
  • Organizing leisure activities with the residents (e.g. going for walks, having conversations, playing games, etc.)
  • Assisting and supporting the elderly and caredependent individuals with meal preparation, accompanying them to doctor's appointments, etc.

Your qualifications

  • Qualification as a caregiver according to § 43, 53c SGB XI
  • Strong awareness of quality care and support
  • Respectful attitude towards residents and enjoyment of working with older people
  • Organizational skills, assertiveness, resilience, and teamwork are your strengths
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work shifts
