    We are seeking an experienced Personal or Commercial Lines Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is self motivated and career-oriented with an eye for long term growth. As our Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, youll be matching your sales experience and industry knowledge to ensure your clients have the best coverage to meet their insurance needs. You know the importance of building rapport to create strong relationships and build trust with your clients, and youre not afraid to get out and network within the community.     Candidate can make up to an additional $40,000 in commissions.

    Positions available in Commercial or Personal Lines.

    Responsibilities
    • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
    • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
    • Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.
    • Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
    • Building clientele via prospecting, warm leads, referrals, and networking.

    Requirements
    • Property & Casualty License Required.
    • 2+ years Insurance sales experience in commercial or personal lines required.
    • Must live in Colorado and be willing to work 2-3 days/week in Boulder or Louisville office
    • Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software.
    • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize.
    • A team player who is self motivated and goal oriented.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
