POSITION OBJECTIVE
Chick-fil-A Kirkwood Highway is seeking a Front of House Assistant Director with the ability to provide operational oversight and key leadership of the team. This person will be in a leadership position where they will work under the Front of House Directors to lead, serve, and grow. This individual will have their hand in many aspects of the Front of House operation and will be expected to assist in driving excellence every day. The ultimate goal for this person is to learn the business and be able to play a key role in growing results, multiplying the culture, and holding the team accountable. This results oriented role will play a vital role in the team's commitment to key metrics such as customer satisfaction, order accuracy, speed of service, cleanliness, and labor productivity. Long term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a leader at Chick-fil-A Kirkwood Highway or potentially be developed into a career with Chick-fil-A beyond the local restaurant.
