- Ensure equipment functions efficiently and all procedures work correctly
- Repair or rework welds on various size parts on the production line
- Operate welding machines as needed
- Complete visual checks to ensure all parts meet expectations
- Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience of welding
- Ability to read and understand standardized work instructions and inspection sheets
- Basic industrial math skills
- Desire to work in a team-based, lean-manufacturing environment
