At our location in St.

Martin in Ursberg, a maximum of 6 children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual and multiple disabilities live in residential groups.

The small group size, combined with appropriate staffing, allows for comprehensive, holistic, and individually tailored support, education, and care for the young people.

This requires employees who bring their expertise and creativity as individuals and humans. Each and every child and adolescent is worth our effort

Responsibilities:

In our residential facility, you will support children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual disabilities and varying support needs in their personal development.
You will ensure that our young residents experience the structured daily routine they need for their personal development and life planning.
Together with your colleagues, you will support the young people in your care to discover their interests, talents, and how they can live their lives as independently as possible.
