Responsibilities:


  • Conducting user trainings for medical professionals and doctors
  • Providing expert advice to current and potential customers on the use and application of products (neurophysiological devices, EEG, EMG; NLG; EP), consumables, and accessories
  • Demonstrations for users in different departments, clinical facilities, and practices
  • Onsite trainings and instructions for device deliveries
  • Assisting with trade show events
  • Communicating market and product developments to clinical customers
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Training for new sales colleagues
  • Locations: Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Thuringia, Saxony, parts of Bavaria, Saxony-Anhalt, and Brandenburg
  • Working hours: Parttime (24 hours over 3 days or as agreed upon)

Requirements:


  • Education as a MTA (Medical Technical Assistant) or equivalent degree
  • Extensive experience in neurophysiology with relevant clinical experience
  • Experience operating EEG, EMG/NLG/EP devices
  • Strong interest in medical technology and a deep understanding of medical products
  • Excellent customer service skills in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal
  • Enjoy working independently and finding solutions
  • Strong social skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
  • Proficient in using media for training presentations
