    Job Title: Peer Specialist

    Job Summary:

    CASES is currently seeking a Peer Specialist for our Pretrial Services team. By developing meaningful relationships with our participants through relatability and persistence the Peer Specialist role will meet the participants where they are with extensive services within the community. The Peer Specialist will be expected to work collaboratively with the rest of the team to generate and implement ideas for effective engagement tactics to ensure the participant is compliant with the Supervised Release criteria. This role requires engagement with the participants both at the office and in the community.



    Salary: The salary range for the Peer Specialist is $47,500-$52,000 per year.

    Shift Hours: The Peer Specialist is full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

    Location Address: 151 Lawrence Street Brooklyn, NY 11201.

    Workplace Flexibility: CASES offers various work arrangements, where possible for certain roles. The Peer Specialist position is in person.

    • Engagement of participants enrolled in pretrial services.
