Job DescriptionWhat does a Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?A Lead Mitigation Technician is reliable, hard-working and detail oriented. In this vital role, you will lead a team of mitigation technicians in helping homeowners and business owners recover from property damage caused by water, mold, fire and smoke.

We are also a full-service restoration firm, providing not only emergency mitigation services, but a full range of construction services to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
