    REPORTA INDIRECTAMENTE A: GERENTE DE OPERACIONES

    Paga desde: ($20-$24)

    Coordinar y dirigir de 2 a 5 miembros de equipo en la rutina diaria de la jardinera e instalacin especfica y finalizar el trabajo. Priorizar y monitorear las asignaciones de trabajo diarias, garantizar que se sigan todos los controles de seguridad y calidad. Capacidad de trabajar y colaborar con el Superintendente y el Gerente de Operaciones en la instalacin de proyectos semanales.

    RESUMEN DE LA POSICIN :
    • Capacidad para seguir los procedimientos y la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo y en la yarda.
    • Capacidad para seguir el mantenimiento adecuado del camin y el remolque y la operacin y el mantenimiento general del equipo.
    • Alcanzar o superar las metas y objetivos INSTALACIN dentro de las horas proyectadas.
    • Producir instalaciones funcionales con altos estndares artsticos y hortcolas.
    • Organizacin precisa y oportuna del trabajo de los proyectos de jardinera.
    • "Informes diarios de trabajo" precisos y oportunos para el superintendente.
    • Seleccin y manejo de plantas y materiales especializados para los trabajos, de manera oportuna y eficaz.
    • Coordinacin del lugar de trabajo con el gerente, el superintendente, los miembros del equipo y el diseador.
    • MANTENER EL MANTENIMIENTO ADECUADO DEL EQUIPO asignado o utilizado por usted o su grupo.
    • Mantenga el telfono activo segn sea necesario para las necesidades de los empleados.
    • Ayudar con los objetivos de calidad y produccin y proyectos especiales segn sea necesario.
    • Asistir a programas educativos aprobados al menos una vez al ao, o ms, segn sea necesario y est disponible.
    • Comuncate profesionalmente con clientes y compaeros de trabajo.
    • Comunicar una apariencia profesional en todo momento. [Personal y equipo].
    • Comunicar y reforzar la poltica y los procedimientos de la empresa.
    • Ayudar en el crecimiento y desarrollo de sus asistentes lderes y miembros del grupo.
    • Ser capaz de leer y utilizar los planos y completar la instalacin acuerdo las medidas utilizando la escala.
    • La coordinacin del lugar de trabajo y la secuenciacin del proyecto deben ser la mxima prioridad diaria
    • Ayude en la yarda a cargar los materiales de trabajo necesarios para el da siguiente.

    • Debe tener una licencia de conducir vlida y DMVR limpio preferido
