    Description

    We are in growth mode Seeking a seasoned and proven Senior Travel Nurse Recruiter to work remote. Unlimited potential with uncapped aggressive six figures commission

    Must have Travel Nurse Healthcare recruiting experience from a staffing agency

    Location: Your house (Remote role)

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short and long-term assignments
    • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
    • Conduct resume searches through online databases and in-house ATS system.
    • Documents all communication with candidates in the ATS system.
    • Build and maintain unique relationships with travel & local healthcare professionals
    • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
    • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
    Required Qualifications:
    • Must have 3+ years of Travel Nurse Healthcare recruiting experience from a staffing agency
    • Proven success recruiting in a metrics and production driven environment
    • Must have experience with working MSP/VMS requirements
    • Outside of the box thinkers
    • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
    Salary plus one of the most aggressive uncapped commission plans in the industry
