We are searching for a Partner Operations Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with world-renowned studios, oversee global content publication, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects.

This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides.

The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Key job responsibilities

Own partner performance metrics, holding partners accountable to Amazon delivery specifications and continuing to raise the bar on partner performance, building strategic partner relationships with partner executive teams, consistently leaving it better than you found it
Contribute to defining product value propositions, advantages, and limitations
Be engaged in product development with our product managers and our engineering teams, ensuring operator use cases are correctly represented
Driving operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing Product/engineering teams to enable automation

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working crossfunctionally with tech and nontech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of supply chain experience
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Intermediate SQL skills and advanced Excel skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $68,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company.
