General Information:

We are looking for a Creative Director of Social Media who will create innovative social media concepts and campaigns for our clients.

You will work closely with teams in social media consulting, strategy, and creative.

What you will bring to the table:

Leading a new team of talented social creatives and expanding the team
Setting an example and establishing standards for creative social output
Owning the entire social creation process: from briefing, to concept development, to final delivery
Developing creative, relevant, and integrated social concepts and campaigns
Experience with alwayson projects
Knowledge of trends, a sense of zeitgeist, and a passion for sharing your knowledge, for example through inspiration or internal initiatives

What we are looking for:

At least 5 years of experience in a creative, digital, or social media agency and knowledge of corresponding workflows
Experience in managing and leading creative social teams and budgets
Indepth knowledge of social trends, platform design systems, and format requirements
Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for visual aesthetics and storytelling
Experience collaborating with influencers and creators
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ambition, curiosity, and enjoyment of working in a fastpaced environment
A desire to collaborate with our other crafts such as strategy, content, campaign creation, data analysis, social media management, and digital media
