YOUR TASKS
- You will support customers with technical issues and questions about electromobility and charging infrastructure
- You will handle inquiries about technical malfunctions
- You will coordinate with service providers for the installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure
- You will resolve issues with manufacturers, service partners, and customers
- You will document errors in the system
- You will assist in the further development of existing solutions
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, preferably in an electronic field
- You have gained professional experience in a similar role (desirable)
- You ideally have knowledge in the field of electromobility
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You possess a high level of customer orientation, teamwork and communication skills, as well as a structured and reliable way of working
