    Description
    Customer Service / Dispatcher for weekends THUR-SUN (Spanish/Eng)

    Well- established full-service commercial/residential air conditioning, appliance, and plumbing service contract company, TOTAL APPLIANCE is currently on a mission to introduce more dedicated and hardworking individuals to our Broward headquarters team.

    You must have:
    • Customer service experience / Dispatching: 1 year. (Required)
    • Proven exceptional customer service skills including the ability to handle a heavy volume of calls while maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor.
    • Serves as primary point of contact for customers, technicians, sales representatives, and service managers to support the service team.
    • Responsible for communication and status updates with all necessary parties (management, sales, purchasing, customers, dispatchers, etc.)
    • Very punctual with strong time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to problem solve customer issues.
    • Good telephone voice and etiquette, strong phone skills.
    • Comfortable with a fast pace.
    • Ability to clear a drug screening.
    • Proven communication skills both verbal and written in English/Spanish.
    • Maintain professional demeanor when working both customers and co-workers.
    • BILINGUAL: ENGLISH / SPANISH.
