What can you expect?

  • As a specialist in SAP-HCM, you will be responsible for the support, conceptual development, and operation of ICT systems and procedures
  • You are proficient in system development, optimization, and maintenance of HCM procedures, including the design of all ESS/MSS services, customization, and system support, as well as the management of applicant management and an ICS system (Internal Control System)
  • You enjoy leading and participating in relevant projects
  • Your daily tasks include process consulting for the HR team on complex procedural issues and communication with the IT department
  • You provide training and advice to internal users and participate in tendering processes for SAP services

What should you bring? Your background

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Computer Science, or Business Informatics, as well as several years of professional experience
  • Demonstrable thorough knowledge in the field of human resources (payroll, personnel administration, organization, time management, travel management)
  • Additional knowledge and evidence in SAP-HCM technologies is advantageous
  • You have proven comprehensive knowledge of the SAP-HCM system in terms of development and operational support (HCM products, SAP NWBC, HCM self-services)
  • You are familiar with relevant legal
