Your Field of Activity:

As a Sales Operations Specialist (all genders), you will support our sales team in the implementation and monitoring of processes and guidelines
You will independently create offers and presentations and maintain our CRM system
You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing KPIs
You will act as the interface to the adjacent teams in marketing and delivery and take responsibility to ensure that the sales team's requirements are met

What Sets You Apart:

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on sales, marketing, computer science, or a comparable education
You have professional experience in sales operations or a similar function
Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP C4C or a comparable CRM system
You have excellent analytical skills and are resultsoriented
You are a strong communicator, present convincingly, and actively contribute your ideas
You have very good German and English skills
